Norwich Cruse offers advice, counselling and information for children and young people. Find out how we can help by calling us on 01603 219977 or emailing us on norwich@cruse.org.uk. You can leave a message if we are not there and we will call you back at home (if you want), on your mobile or by email.

If you are a young person, we have information we can send you or you can call the national Cruse Young Person’s Helpline. 0808 808 1677 It is a freefone number which cannot be traced back to your home phone and you will be able to chat to a trained helpline advisor. There is also the Cruse Young People’s Website www.rd4u.org.uk where you can send a private email to a trained volunteer and read about how other young people have coped in your situation.

At Norwich Cruse, we are happy to talk to parents, carers and other involved individuals about how we can help a bereaved young person. One of our trained children and young persons counsellors will call you back very quickly, so you can talk through any concerns. We also have ideas about books which you, or the child or young person you are concerned about, might find helpful.

We have also been running a group for young people who have had our help in the past but have new things they want to talk about related to the loss of an important person in their lives. We are also happy to see new children or young people who might need our help now. Ring 01603 219977 for more information.
