The Monday Group is run by Norwich Cruse which offers counselling to bereaved people in Norfolk.

It is a social group offering mutual support – aimed particularly at people over the age of 50 – and takes place at the URC Rooms in Princes St, Norwich between 10am and 12pm on a Monday morning. The only thing is – we like to arrange to talk to you initially before you join the group – and then you can drop in on any Monday morning.

Although no counselling takes place at the Monday Group, Cruse counsellors can be available and are involved in the running of the group. It simply offers a cup of coffee and a chat (about anything!) in a supportive environment amongst people who understand how you feel. Some people go as a step on from receiving one to one help from one of our counsellors.

There is no charge although donations are welcome!

If you would like more information or would like to come along, telephone Cruse on 01603 219977 for more information. If our ansafone is one, just leave a message and we will call you back.
