The Monday group is run by Norwich Cruse Bereavement Care which offers counselling to bereaved people in Norfolk.
It is a social mutual self-support group - aimed particularly at people over the age of 50 - and takes place at the United Reform Church rooms in Princes Street, Norwich between 10 and 12 on a Monday morning.

Although no counselling takes place at the Monday group, Cruse bereavement volunteers can be availlable and are involved in the running of the group. It simply offers a cup of coffe and a chat (about anything!) in a supportive enviroment amongst people who understand how you feel. Some people go as a step on from receiving one to one help from one of our volunteers.

There is no charge although donations are welcomed!

If you would like more information or would like to come along, telephone Cruse on 01603 219977 for more information. If our answer phone is on, please leave a message and we will call you back.
